Entries are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so enter early!

Please ensure your entry form includes your email address so we can inform you of any changes to the schedule. Complete the registration form first and if you chose to pay online, wait for a confirmation and then continue on to the online payment to complete your registration. The Running Room online payment is not registration, be sure you are completing a registration form and emailing it to [email protected] first.

 

Elementary, junior high, and senior high schools are invited to enter girls and boys in the 200m and 800m events. Consider registering relay athletes in the individual event to get an extra run in! Elementary schools are also invited to each enter one girl and one boy in long jump events.

Reminder: Students are limited to one individual event plus relay.

 

Mixed relay teams must consist of 4 male and 4 female students and are limited to:

- Elementary Schools with a combined grade 5 and 6 enrolment of 60 students or fewer and

- Junior High Schools with a combined grade 8 and 9 enrolment of 200 students or fewer.

Registration Forms

School coaches must complete the appropriate registration form (and send to [email protected], and receive back a "confirmation list" message) before performing payment (online payment or otherwise). Student waiver (All non-ECSD Schools) and Informed consent form (for ECSD) must be signed by athletes guardians and handed in to the registration table on the first day of competition.


Elementary school coaches should first review the Elementary Session Availability to ensure your preferred session is not full. (If your session is nearly full, please indicate your second choice and third choice on your entry form.)
The following are full (i.e.: no more entries allowed): Session D Mixed Relay and Boys Relay.
Nearly full: Session A Girls, Mixed, and Boys Relays; Session B Girls, Mixed, and Boys Relays; Session D Girls Relay; Session E Girls Relay and Boys Relay.

 


Important Notice: The entry forms are fillable PDFs and require Adobe Acrobat Reader (or Adobe Acrobat) to complete. It helps to follow these steps:

1. Download the PDF entry forms to your computer. (Hint: Right-click and "Save target as" or "Save Link As...".)
2. Use Adobe Reader to fill out the form.
3. Save the completed form.
4. Attach the completed form to an electronic mail message sent to [email protected] . (Copy your personal electronic address on the message, especially if you are using your workplace electronic mail system. This will allow you to verify that the message was not blocked by your workplace electronic mail server, and to check that the attached document is not blank. (Blank attachments happen frequently.))

 

If your system does not have Adobe Acrobat Reader and you are unable to install the latest version, please download and use the Microsoft Word format of the form (link is below). (Sending a scanned form (or a picture of one) is NOT the best choice -- the information needed is usually not clear, and -- for Individual Event entries -- our preference is to copy and paste the information to minimize the risk of typographical errors.)

Online Payment

The online forms immediately below are for payment only for school events. School Coaches: Please do NOT perform online payment without first completing the registration form(s) above, sending the form(s) to [email protected], and receiving back a "confirmation list" message (which will confirm that your entries were received and recorded). (The confirmation message will include an overview of your payment options.)
Please note additional fees and surcharge will be added to all online payments. If there is the possibility that you will need to adjust your entries, please hold off on performing online payment until the entry deadline.

 

Heat Sheets and Schedules

Specific schedules and heat sheets will not be prepared until a day or two after the relevant entry deadline.
