Elementary, junior high, and senior high schools are invited to enter girls and boys in the 200m and 800m events. Elementary schools are also invited to each enter one girl and one boy in long jump events.

Entries are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so enter early!

Please ensure your entry form includes your email address so we can inform you of any changes to the schedule.

Reminder: Students are limited to one individual event plus relay.

Registrations opened on December 3, 2018.

Registration Forms

School coaches must complete the appropriate registration form (and send to [email protected], and receive back a "confirmation list" message) before performing payment (online payment or otherwise).

Important Notice: The entry forms are fillable PDFs and require Adobe Acrobat Reader (or Adobe Acrobat) to complete. It helps to download the PDF entry forms and fill them out from the download for the “save completed form” button at the bottom of the form to work. If your system does not have Adobe Acrobat Reader and you are unable to install the latest version, we accept scans of printed forms.

Elementary school coaches should first review the Elementary Relays and Elementary Individuals Session Availability. Some Elementary Relay sessions fill quickly -- coaches should indicate their second and third choices.

Mixed relay teams are limited to:
- Elementary Schools with a combined grade 5 and 6 enrolment of 60 students or fewer and
- Junior High Schools with a combined grade 8 and 9 enrolment of 200 students or fewer.
Mixed relay teams must consist of 4 male and 4 female students.

Online Payment

The online forms immediately below are for payment only for school events. School Coaches: Please do NOT perform online payment without first completing the registration form(s) above, sending the form(s) to [email protected], and receiving back a "confirmation list" message (which will confirm that your entries were received and recorded). (The confirmation message will include an overview of your payment options.)
Please note additional fees and surcharge will be added to all online payments. If there is the possibility that you will need to adjust your entries, please hold off on performing online payment until the entry deadline.
